Ingredients
- Rhum agricole blanc (Martinique)5 cl
- Cane syrup (sirop de canne)1 tsp
- Fresh lime (half a small lime)½ lime
Instructions
- 1Cut a small disc of lime peel and squeeze into a small rum glass or rocks glass.
- 2Drop in the squeezed peel.
- 3Add the cane syrup.
- 4Pour in the rhum agricole.
- 5Gently stir — or swizzle — to combine.
- 6Serve at room temperature or with a single ice cube.
