  • Colato top (approx. 12 cl)
  • Fresh lime juice1.5 cl
  • Lime wedgeto garnish
  1. 1Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. 2Squeeze the lime juice over the ice.
  3. 3Pour in the white rum.
  4. 4Top with cold cola — pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles.
  5. 5Stir gently once.
  6. 6Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
