Ingredients
- Dark rum4.5 cl
- Campari1.5 cl
- Fresh pineapple juice4.5 cl
- Fresh lime juice1.5 cl
- Simple syrup1.5 cl
Instructions
- 1Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry.
