Ernest Hemingway drank this at El Floridita in Havana — he asked the bartender to double the rum and skip the sugar. The result is a perfectly dry, citrus-forward daiquiri also known as the Papa Doble.

Ingredients
- White rum6 cl
- Fresh lime juice1.5 cl
- Fresh grapefruit juice4 cl
- Maraschino liqueur1.5 cl
Instructions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime twist or a grapefruit slice.
