Ingredients
- Angostura bitters1.5 cl
- Rye whiskey0.75 cl
- Orgeat (almond syrup)2.25 cl
- Fresh lemon juice2.25 cl
Instructions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- 3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4No garnish — the deep amber colour is the presentation.
