Ingredients
- Cognac5 cl
- Cointreau (triple sec)2 cl
- Fresh lemon juice2 cl
- Sugarfor rim (optional)
Instructions
- 1Optional: rub lemon on the rim and dip in sugar.
- 2Combine cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
