  • Fresh lime juice3 cl
  • Sugar syrup2 cl
  • Egg white1
  • Angostura bitters3 drops (garnish)
  1. 1Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients except bitters for 15 seconds.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
  4. 4Dot Angostura bitters on the foam.
  5. 5Use a toothpick to make a decorative swirl pattern.
