  • Fresh lemon juice3 cl
  • Sugar syrup2 cl
  • Egg white1
  • Dry red wine (Malbec or Shiraz)1.5 cl
  1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white in a shaker without ice.
  2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to build foam.
  3. 3Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
  4. 4Double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  5. 5Gently float the red wine over the back of a spoon on top.
