'Sbagliato' means mistaken in Italian — a bartender in Milan accidentally grabbed Prosecco instead of gin and created something wonderful. Lighter and more festive than the classic Negroni.

• Sweet red vermouth3 cl
• Prosecco3 cl

1. 1Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. 2Pour in the Campari and sweet vermouth.
3. 3Gently top with chilled Prosecco.
4. 4Stir very lightly to preserve the bubbles.
5. 5Garnish with an orange slice.
