  • Champagne or sparkling wine6 cl
  1. 1Combine gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
  4. 4Top with cold Champagne or sparkling wine.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
