  • Coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)2 cl
  • Sugar syrup1 cl
  1. 1Pull a fresh espresso shot and let it cool for 30 seconds.
  2. 2Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  3. 3Shake vigorously for 20 seconds — the hard shake creates the foam.
  4. 4Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  5. 5Garnish with three coffee beans.
