  • Blanco tequila5 cl
  • Fresh lime juice2.5 cl
  • Triple sec (Cointreau)2 cl
  • Agave syrup1 cl
  • Fresh jalapeño slices3–4 slices
  1. 1Muddle jalapeño slices in the bottom of a shaker (adjust quantity for desired heat).
  2. 2Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup.
  3. 3Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. 4Salt (or chilli-salt) the rim of a rocks glass.
  5. 5Double-strain into the glass over fresh ice.
  6. 6Garnish with a jalapeño slice and lime wheel.
